Sleep Science is a scientifically-designed App that helps you to sleep or meditate.

Tested in a university sleep lab, Sleep Science works!

How?

Sleep Science enhances the audio wavelengths from your audio selection

to form an audio-massage.

It is programmed to slow your sense of time, absorb your worries, lower your heart rate, and guide you to sleep!

It works for infants as well!

With a touch of your finger, choose up to 6 of your favorites from a set of 25.

Choose from a collection of music boxes, wind chimes, seashores, gentle rains, relaxing night breezes, or night time sounds.

Set your timer for up to 300 minutes and snuggle into bed with the sounds of a winter night storm or a summer evening breeze.

Sleep Science will do the rest for you!

Sleep Science performs one 5-minute cycle with each of your selections.

After your first 5-minute cycle is completed, your 2nd selection begins.

After your last cycle is completed, Sleep science returns to your first selection.

At bedtime, set your timer for 1 to 1.5 hours.

The first 3 columns of selections are often preferred for adult bedtime.

Music boxes and chimes are best while you are preparing for bed.

Infants are calmed the most by music boxes.

Chimes and music boxes work best for infant sleep.

Great app, helps me get back to sleep!

:
Lately I've been waking at 3 am and can't get back to sleep.
After 1/2 -1 hr, I give up and get up. Makes 4 a long day.
Last nite I was ready. Stayed in bed with the App on. Picked 6
and was out by the time 3-4 of my picks had played. Thanks!

Not good

:
Just a very limited set of ambiance sounds you can move to a bar. No use as it only plays what is in the first slot. Very weak application.
